Strong Hands

Today I noticed my hands have become much stronger since I’ve started to have a regular yoga practice. Even when I practice Bikram I didn’t have this feeling. They just feel really strong (not big or anything), just strong. Must be all the pulling, bending and holding up the body on the arms/hands.

I realise we often neglect the hands and our feet. Few months back I had this bike accident where I torn my finger. You realise you have them when they hurt, that ’s just wrong. So maybe we should pay a bit more attention to those hands and feet that serve us all life long.
I don’t want to grow old and not be able to open jars. Or have feet problems so I can’t enjoy long walks and hikes. So give some love to those paws of yours.
