The first day, little nervous. So early, new people, new teacher, had no idea of how the class would be. It turned out to be great. I could feel I was nervous in my breathing and postures. It felt slow but I was so hot, nice sequences.
What struck me is that yoga energy. I realise we daily surround ourselves with people and most of them are actually not that healthy. If I’m taking the train I feel stress, tiredness, sometimes hopelessness. Like a sheep going with the hoard to work. Today in class I felt that positive energy but healthy, happy and mindful people, it was great!
